Zuma is a Japanese-inspired venue with an indoor/outdoor concept complete with a sushi bar and a robata grill. The menu is inspired by the fishermen of Northern Japan and includes a thinly-sliced sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil, and salmon roe at the sushi counter and spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili, and sweet soy from the robata grill.
St. Regis Bangkok also offers its guests a signature afternoon tea experience. It’s almost worth it just for the presentation of sandwiches and snacks, served in a birdcage tower.
Each evening the St. Regis offers a champagne sabering, a ritual that takes place at sunset at its hotels around the world.
For couples looking to recharge for the next day, the 15th floor Elemis Spa is certainly a main attraction. The 12 treatment rooms include two couples suites.
